Our honey comes from our own apiary in Vylkove, amid the unique nature of the Danube Delta. Bees collect nectar from various flowers growing in meadows, islands, and banks of the Danube. The very diversity of local nature forms the characteristic taste and aroma of our honey.

Mint honey is one of the most unique features of the Danube Delta. You will almost nowhere else encounter such taste and aroma. Water mint plays the main role in its aroma, growing on natural islets and meadows of the delta. It blooms for only about a month and a half — from early August to mid-September, so mint honey is a true rarity.
